Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician Program
Students learn essential skills in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of recreational vehicles (RVs). The program programs a hands-on training environment and prepares students for career opportunitites in the RV service industry.

Program Schedule

The courses are offered on the Corsicana campus from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Each course session lasts two weeks. Students may choose one of the following sessions:

Register for RV Technician Course
Course Description
Students receive hands-on training with 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers to take the nationally recognized RVTI Level 1 certification exam. In addition to learning the basic skills to become a RVTI Level 1 Certified Technician, additional workplace skills such as professionalism, computer skills, and writing repair orders will be taught.
Learning Outcomes
Prepare an RV for customer delivery. Verify the operation of all components of the RV including: appliances, electrical systems, chassis, body, generators, propane systems, and water systems, complete Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10 training, learn to write Repair Orders, demonstrate basic computer skills and acquire professionalism in the workplace skills.
